LIFE SKILLS-BASED EDUCATION
Life skills have been defined as "the abilities for adaptive and positive behaviour that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life" (WHO). 'Adaptive' means that a person is flexible in approach and is able to adjust in different circumstances.
LIFE SKILLS-BASED EDUCATION
Life Skills is a form of education that focuses on cultivating personal life skills such as self-reflection, critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. LIFE SKILLS-BASED EDUCATION aims to help children to reach their full personal potentials and to prepare them for the challenges of everyday life.
