Awakening Young Minds: Insights from the AYUDH Workshop
On 3rd May, 2025, our students from Grade 8 and 9 at Jaypee Public School, Greater Noida attended an enlightening AYUDH Workshop, organized by Jaypee Public School, Noida, with support from the Ayudh Group. The workshop, conducted by Ayudh - an International Youth Movement, focused on important life skills, including stress management, digital safety, meditation, and the crucial message to stay away from drugs.
The students gained valuable insights into managing challenges in their personal and academic lives, while also learning tools for improving mental well-being and making healthy choices. It was a truly enriching experience for all, empowering them with knowledge for a brighter and healthier future.
The students had a wonderful and eye-opening session, with the key takeaway being to be more mindful and manage stress effectively.
Inaugural Assembly 2025-26 | Jaypee Public School, Greater Noida
The new academic session at Jaypee Public School, Greater Noida commenced on an inspiring note as the students of Grade XII-D conducted the inaugural assembly, setting a reflective and positive tone for the year ahead.
The assembly focused on “Electoral Process – Democratic Literacy for the Youth,” highlighting the significance of voting and the rights of eligible voters through an insightful presentation. A dedicated news segment kept students informed about key national and international developments.
The event also celebrated the achievements of outstanding students and faculty members, recognizing their dedication and excellence.
Our respected Principal and Vice Principal concluded the assembly with words of encouragement, sharing important instructions and introducing exciting new initiatives for the academic year. They extended their best wishes to all students, inspiring them to strive for excellence in every endeavor.

Assembly (April 2nd) – Grades 6 to 8*
The Assembly for grades 6 to 8 was held on April 2nd in the school auditorium. It commenced with a solemn prayer, followed by the Thought of the Day, which inspired students to stay focused and positive.
The Academic Coordinator Ms. Archana Srivastava then addressed the gathering, emphasizing the importance of following school rules, maintaining proper uniform, and upholding discipline. She stressed that discipline and neatness reflect a student’s personality and commitment to excellence. She also took the opportunity to introduce her team, including all class teachers and class coordinators, who play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students throughout the academic year.
Further, the Principal Ms. Meeta Bhandula delivered her words of wisdom, encouraging students to work hard, be honest, and take responsibility for their actions. She motivated them to strive for excellence in academics and extracurricular activities.
The assembly concluded with the national anthem, instilling a sense of unity and patriotism. The session was informative and inspiring, leaving students with valuable lessons for the day
National Youth Conclave 2024!
Our students made us proud by participating in the National Youth Conclave 2024!
Youth leader Samridhi Singhla (Class IX) and athlete leader Arush Singh (Class IX) accompanied by mentor Ms. Neeraj Singh, Head of PE and Sports, represented our school at the prestigious event held at the Lakshmipat Singhania Auditorium, PhD Chambers, August Kranti Marg, Delhi.
The event featured an experience-sharing session by our youth leaders and athletes, followed by a panel discussion with esteemed guests, including Ms. A Srija (Economics Adviser, Department of School Education and Literacy), Dr. Vandna Sharma (Principal, MBCN), Dr. Kalpna Sharma (Dean, Physical Education and Sports Science Department), and Ms. Parul Gupta (British Council).

Igniting Creativity: Jaypee Students at HT Pace Lit Fest*
Students from Grades 4 to 9 of Jaypee Public School attended various sessions and workshops such as storytelling, interaction with authors, Kavita Vachan (poetry recitation), and bottle decoration, as part of the Unleash Your Literary Genius program organized by Hindustan Times at the Pace Lit Fest held at DPS on 12th December.
They immersed themselves in a world of creativity through these workshops and interactive sessions, engaging with renowned novelist Ms. Chetna Keer, storyteller Ms. Swetcha Pershad, and poet Ms. Sunita Singh.It was an inspiring and enriching experience for all!
Making a Working Model of a Pinhole Camera
Students of Grade 6A and 6B actively participated in an engaging hands-on activity to create a working model of a pinhole camera under the guidance of their mentor, Ms. Archana. The activity aimed to provide students with practical knowledge of the basic principles of light and image formation.
During the session, students were introduced to the concept of how light travels in straight lines and how images are formed through a small aperture.
The students were thrilled to observe the inverted images formed on the screen of their cameras. This hands-on experience not only deepened their understanding of theoretical concepts but also sparked curiosity and interest in the science of optics. The session concluded with a discussion on real-life applications of pinhole cameras and the significance of light in image formation.
Parent Interface Program
At Jaypee Public School, we deeply value the partnership between parents, children, and teachers in shaping our students' educational journey. We believe that engaging parents in our programs and events is essential for fostering a strong educational foundation.
Session 1: Honoring Hindi **
Ms. Soumya Pandey led an engaging session for our Grade V students, celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Hindi. The session featured riddles and rhyming word activities that sparked enthusiasm and creativity among the students. Their active participation and thoughtful contributions made it a memorable experience. A big thank you to Ms. Pandey and all the students for making this session a success!
Session 2: Storytelling Magic **
Ms. Rashmi Agarwal enchanted our Classes III and IV students with her captivating storytelling. Her session not only highlighted important moral values but also encouraged students to express themselves and improve their communication skills. The stories sparked a love for reading and imagination, making the session both educational and enjoyable. Kudos to Ms. Agarwal and our young storytellers for their engagement and creativity!
On August 3, 2024, we had the pleasure of hosting a Parent Interface Program featuring Ms. Megha Datta as our distinguished guest speaker. Ms. Datta provided an insightful exploration into the dynamic field of Geospatial Technology and highlighted the diverse career opportunities it presents.

Triumph at the MUN held at JPS. Noida
JPS Noida MUN ! Held on July 27th and 28th this event saw enthusiastic participation from students in grades 8 through 12, providing them with invaluable learning experiences and a major confidence boost.

For this, we believe it is important for the student to understand himself/herself better in terms of aptitude & inclination. To guide them about the same, we conduct various workshops on careers and social topics. This time we invited Adda247 India's largest and most reliable Ed-tech platform to conduct offline webinar on various topics for grade 9" to 12" on 24th May 2023. Grade 11,12 got insight on details of CUET exam, career path for commerce students without mathematics, and numerous career options from all the three streams. Grade 9" and 10” students were guided to explore their dream professions out of their hobbies and tips and tricks for successful and prosperous professional future.
Adda247 not only guided students for their career but very effectively they connected with the students and motivated them to grow as successful and happy human beings also.
EMOTIONAL WELLBEING SESSION
Student wellbeing encompasses the overall health of a student, including their social, mental, physical, and emotional health. A counseling session was conducted in grade 7 A on May 3" by school counselor Ms. Pratibha. Through discussions and play-way methods, she motivated children to share their difficulties in life.
ARMOR YOUR CAREER : FORTIFYING FUTURES WITH CAREER DEFENCE SERVICES WORKSHOP
On May 16th, 2023, an inspiring workshop was held in Jaypee Public School, Greater Noida, organized by Breakthrough Point Greater Noida, a leading NDA exam coaching center in the region. The workshop aimed to motivate students and provide them with valuable insights into the National Defence Academy (NDA) examinations. With the objective of unlocking their potential and guiding them towards a rewarding career in the armed forces, the workshop proved to be a pivotal event for aspiring candidates.
SUMMER CAMP 2023
"Camp is where I learned about myself; facing fears, trying new things, pushing my boundaries, and accepting myself."
Believing in the above ethos, we at Jaypee Public School, Greater Noida conducted summer camp during summer vacations. We strongly believe that every adversity brings an opportunity to bring out the best. To promote emotional wellbeing and to enrich our students, plethora of activities were planned in the summer camp. The event was planned with an objective to keep the students constructively engaged and to promote learning with fun. The students were engaged in activities that were enjoyable and meaningful. This summer camp gave them an opportunity to learn and develop diverse skills in painting, craftwork, dance, etc. Additionally, it provided an even platform for all kids to explore and express their creativity in any form. This summer camp aimed to educate and create awareness among the students about various issues like the environment, nutrition, etc.
The best part of the camp was that the teachers ensured that the materials required for the activities were easily available at home. It was heartening to see the students participating enthusiastically in large numbers thereby making the event a grand success.
Road safety is a multi-sectoral and multidimensional issue.
With the goal of reducing the number of accidents due to speeding, carelessness, and drunk driving an awareness session on Road Safety for the students of grade XII was organised by the trainers of IDTR on 17th April 2023 in the school Multipurpose Hall. The Institute of Driving and Traffic Research is a joint venture of Government of NCT of Delhi and Maruti Suzuki India Limited.
A brief introduction of the road signs and the dos and don’ts on road safety were told to the students. A small quiz on road safety was also organised. It was a wonderful experience for the students as they were attuned with the traffic rules followed in the country. Acquainting the students, the trainers Mr. Suresh Pal and Mr. Rajkumar explained about the needs of awareness among the students and the indispensable role they can play in reducing the number of accidents caused on roads due to lack of knowledge or ignorance. They also well-versed the students that owning to the violation of traffic rules on roads by juveniles have become very unsafe, especially for school children.
It was a highly interactive session during which the students showed keen interest, they got the opportunity to learn many set of rules that are obligatory for driving. In the end the students took a pledge that they will follow all the rules of road safety.
